Who we are

Telekom Payments («TELEKOM PAYMENTS – ELECTRONIC MONEY SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A.»), is a subsidiary of OTE S.A.

It is an Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Greece (Decisions of the Βanking and Insurance Committee 364/3/9.7.2020 – General commercial registry no. 5245183) for the exercise of electronic money issuance, distribution and redemption activities pursuant to Law 4021/2011 and the provision of payment services pursuant to Law 4537/2018, which incorporated into the Greek legal order Directive 2015/2366/EU on payment services in the internal market (PSD II).

Telekom Payments provides services for accepting card payments made either in physical stores (via eftPOS) or online (V-POS).

Telekom Payments also provides consumers with the capability to issue an electronic wallet (e-wallet), connected with an IBAN and a debit card, through a mobile application.

Finally, Telekom Payments is an official member of Visa and MasterCard.
